## What it is

- Managed SaaS: ReefOffice provisions, secures, backs up and maintains a private NixOS server per client. The client never touches a terminal, VM, or Docker.
- Each client gets their own isolated server — not shared multi-tenant app instances.
- Apps are integrated behind one single sign-on (Authentik), not several separate logins.

- Freelancers, independent consultants, small agencies and service teams (roughly 1–25 people) in the EU who need business tools but do not want to configure servers.

- Private Office Solo — €39/mo: the full office, CRM, invoicing, document management and automation on one dedicated server; connect your own AI API key if you want written AI answers.
- Private Office Team — €99/mo: adds team chat and shared folders; up to 25 seats (fair use).
- Private AI Solo — €99/mo: adds a private local AI model running on a ReefOffice GPU in Germany — no external API key needed.
- Private AI Team — €199/mo: shared private AI for the whole team; up to 10 seats (sized for real-time speed on the shared GPU pool).
- Dedicated AI — from €329/mo: an exclusive GPU for one client, no shared pool.
