Your files, invoices, and notes are indexed into a private, searchable memory on every plan — a small AI model runs on your own server to do it, so your documents are never sent to an outside AI to be searched. On a Private AI plan you also get AI-written answers, privately on your server.

Your built-in automations run in ReefOffice's locked engine, kept separate from your own no-code builder. The passwords they use to reach your apps are never shown to you or your team — so no one can copy a credential out of an automation, even by accident.

The automations are the point of the product, so they are included on every plan — not sold back to you as an add-on. Plans differ by AI capacity, storage, onboarding, and support, never by locking basic automations away. The only paid automation work is a bespoke build you ask us for.
