Private Office Solo and Team can now be ordered and paid for without going through us. The server is provisioned after the payment is verified, never before: no machine is ordered until a customer has paid.

One installation at a time. When admission capacity is occupied, new orders must retry, without payment at this stage. An order already paid remains tracked until it can be handled.

A test session run by a third party revealed four defects in ten minutes, two of which stopped the AI from working: the firewall did not allow the chat interface's network bridge, and the agent was reading a configuration file that was never written.

Both are fixed, and deployment now rejects a release in which the agent loads no provider. This is the kind of defect you do not find by re-reading your own code.

ReefOffice was accepted into the IONOS Cloud startup programme on 21 August, with five thousand euros in credits over twelve months, activated on 1 September. They fund inference for the managed AI option, served from Germany.

Every Sunday at four in the morning, each customer server restores a backup snapshot and checks what comes out: a canary checksum, non-empty database exports, the integrity of every SQLite database, and the vector database snapshot. A repository integrity check also runs every day.

Plenty of providers say they back up. Few restore to find out.
