Pricing questions
Is it really unlimited users?
Practically, yes. There's no per-seat fee, and you can add your whole team without the bill going up. To stop abuse — one plan resold across unrelated companies — there is a fair-use ceiling well above any real team: 25 seats on Private Office Team, 10 seats on Private AI Team (sized for real-time speed on the shared GPU pool, not economics). Need more? Dedicated AI Team removes that ceiling with your own exclusive GPU.
Monthly or annual — what's the difference?
Both are available on every plan. Annual is billed yearly and works out to a lower monthly rate. You can start monthly and switch later.
Is VAT added on top?
No. ReefOffice operates under the French franchise-en-base régime, so the prices shown are final — no VAT is added.
What if I want to leave?
You export everything with one click and can self-host the exact same open-source stack. There's no proprietary format and no lock-in.
What does 'Dedicated' mean?
Private AI plans share a GPU pool (still private to you, never trained on). Dedicated plans give you your own GPU, never shared — for guaranteed performance and stricter isolation.

What if I run out of space?
Every server ships with 400 GB — years of documents for most businesses — and your dashboard shows disk usage and warns you well before it fills. If you do outgrow it, encrypted expansion storage (5 TB and beyond) can be attached to any plan, Solo included. It's encrypted on your server before it leaves, so the storage provider only ever sees ciphertext — the same guarantee as your backups.
